Import Store Location

Learn how to import multiple store locations using CSV

Besides adding the stores manually, you can also upload unlimited store locations from CSV file with just a few clicks.

Managing store locations effectively using the Store Locator feature of Rose Perl Technology LLC is easy with the CSV import functionality.


NOTE: Only the files in CSV format can be processed. Download the CSV file sample here.

Prepare Your CSV File

  • Begin by downloading the provided CSV template from the Store Locations page. This template ensures that all necessary fields are included.

  • Each row in the CSV file should represent a single store and include complete address details, such as the store name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and other required attributes.


  • Go to Store Locations page

Before proceeding, ensure you’ve prepared your CSV file following the provided template to avoid errors during the import.

  • Select Import:


  • If you do not have the CSV template, you can select this and download the template file:


  • Select Add file and choose the CSV file that you would like to use:


  • By default a CSV's file uses the "," (comma) symbol as the delimiter. If your CSV file uses different delimiters (for example the ";" symbol) you can change the settings here:


  • Enabling Check for Duplicates will overwrite any information if the store already exists in the app. If it is disabled, any duplicates will be skipped:


  • Enabling Check for Headers will not import the first row of the CSV file. If your CSV has a header, please ensure this is ticked.


  • Once everything is in place, proceed by selecting Upload File


  • Select the fields that corresponds to the column. If the column is not relevant to the import, please select Ignore column:


  • Select Save & Import once the setup is completed and the import process will start:


  • Once the import is completed, it will show the following message:


    "<Number> locations have been imported successfully." means the total number of stores that had been added.

    "<Number> locations have been updated successfully." means the total number of existing stores that had their information updated/overwritten.
