Setup Guide: How to Enable Store Pickup for Specific Store Locations with lead times
To allow your bakery customers to pick a date and time for order pickup, you need to enable the Date Picker and Time Picker features in your store's pickup settings.
Then scroll down the opening hours for pickup and setup a lead time.
The Date Picker requires customers to select a pickup date. You can customize available dates and set a "Lead time" (e.g., 1 day 12 hours), ensuring customers order far enough in advance for custom preparation.
The Time Picker lets customers choose a pickup time slot. You can set intervals (10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes) to match your bakery's workflow.
You can also disable pickup on days your bakery is closed, so customers only see available options.
This setup ensures customers cannot skip selecting a date and time, and you have the necessary lead time to prepare custom orders.
