Requirements (Important)
Shopify requires Real-time Carrier Rates to use delivery rates based on price or weight.
This is a Shopify platform requirement, not a limitation of the Rose Perl Technology app.
How to Enable Real-time Carrier Rates
You can enable this feature in one of the following ways:
Annual Shopify billing (Real-time Carrier Rates included for free)
Advanced Shopify or Shopify Plus plan (included)
Monthly Basic / Shopify plan → Shopify allows activation for an additional $20/month
✅ Yes — monthly plans are allowed. Shopify simply charges an extra fee unless you are on annual billing or an advanced plan.
Step-by-Step Setup Instructions
1. Enable Delivery Rates
Open the Rose Perl Technology app in your Shopify Admin

Go to Local Delivery from the left-hand menu

Toggle Enable Delivery Rates to ON

2. Create Delivery Rules
Click “+ Add New Rate”

Configure the following delivery rules:
Rate 1
Order price range: $100.00 – $149.99

Delivery fee: $20.00

Rate 2
Order price range: $150.00+

3. Publish the Rates
Click Save

Once published, Shopify will automatically apply the correct delivery fee based on the customer’s cart total.
