Set Up RP Local Delivery Date After Publishing a New Theme

Follow these steps whenever you publish or switch to a new Shopify theme.

Why setup must be checked again

A new theme can use a different cart layout and may not preserve the previous theme's app embed, app block, placement, or custom styling.

Setup steps

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes in Shopify admin.

  2. Confirm which theme is published.

  3. Select Customize for that theme.

  4. Open App embeds and enable RP Local Delivery Date.

  5. If the cart supports app blocks, add the RP Local Delivery Date block to the appropriate cart section.

  6. Save the theme.

  7. Open the storefront in a private window and add a product to the cart.
