Troubleshooting notes
If text changes do not appear, confirm whether the text is controlled by the app, the theme, or Shopify notifications.
If the picker placement looks wrong, do not paste or move app scripts manually; contact support with your theme name and cart type.
If your theme still uses an older installation, contact support to migrate it to the current app embed.
Important warnings or limitations
Use the theme editor and app settings for setup and customization. Do not paste app scripts into theme files.
Custom CSS can affect readability and layout. Test it on desktop and mobile before publishing.
The theme app embed has no merchant-facing display settings of its own; picker text and styling are managed in the app.
Arbitrary placement by pasting app scripts into theme files is not supported.
Contact support when a custom or older theme needs placement work beyond the
app embed.Do not copy an older installation's snippets or script includes into a new
theme. Migrate by enabling the current app embed in a duplicate theme and
having support or a qualified theme developer remove only confirmed legacy
app code after testing.
