Analytics

your Analytics page uses your store's scheduled orders.

Analytics dashboard with filters, comparison trend, totals, average, and peak date
  1. Open Analytics from the app navigation.

  2. Select a date range, location, and delivery method.

  3. Review Daily Volume for the order trend, total orders, daily average, and
busiest date. Expand View daily values when exact values are required.

  4. Turn on Compare to previous period to add a dashed previous-period line.
The chart heading identifies both periods, such as Daily Volume - Last 30
    Days vs Previous 30 Days
    .

  5. Review the Orders by location and Orders by method pie charts. Labels,
    counts, percentages, and matching percentage bars provide the exact mix;
hover a slice for its order count.

  6. On Pro, review top postal codes, vertical time-slot utilization bars, peak
scheduled hours, and the labeled rejection-reason pie chart. Pro also
    supports custom date ranges.

  7. Select Export to CSV to download the metrics currently represented by
the selected filters. Sections unavailable on the current plan are marked
    Pro Only in the file.

Interpret the Analytics sections

  • The solid line in Daily Volume is the selected period. When comparison is
enabled, the dashed line is the immediately preceding period of equal length.

  • Total orders, average per day, and Peak summarize the active
filters. Expand View daily values when exact chart values are needed.

  • Orders by location and Orders by method explain where scheduled orders
came from and which fulfillment choice they use.

  • Top ZIP codes helps identify concentrated delivery demand.

  • Slot utilization compares booked orders with current configured capacity.
It matches orders by profile, scheduled date, and slot start time.

  • Peak hours highlights the busiest scheduled weekdays and times.

  • Rejection rates groups recorded failed selection attempts by reason; it is
    not a storefront conversion rate.

Free stores see an upgrade view. Advanced stores receive the standard analytics
sections; Pro adds the operational sections listed above.

Scheduled-order CSV

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shipping CSV exports.

  2. Select delivery dates, method, and location.

  3. Enable email or phone only when the receiving workflow requires it.

  4. Select Export CSV now.

  5. Review the file before importing it into a shipping or routing service.

The export uses current Shopify order details and is limited to 60 days, 250
orders, and 5,000 item rows. Older orders may require Shopify approval for
extended order access.

Important warnings or limitations

Spreadsheet applications may interpret customer-entered values as formulas.
Review import security settings and do not enable active content.

  • Pickup rows do not have a delivery address.

  • An empty analytics result can mean there were no matching scheduled orders;
recheck the filters before treating it as an error.

  • Slot utilization uses current configured capacity across operating dates,
excludes blackouts, and does not reconstruct historical limit changes.

  • Rejection percentages describe recorded rejection events, not visitors or
    checkout conversion.
