This article helps you understand the app’s pricing model and the Shopify requirements that can affect certain features.
What this helps you do
Review the plans available to your store and distinguish app-plan features from Shopify Plus checkout features.
Prerequisites
The app is installed or you are reviewing it before installation
Instructions
Open Shopify admin → Apps → RP Local Delivery Date → Settings → Billing.
Under Your subscription, review the current plan and its billing status.
Under Available plans, compare the plans currently offered to your store. The live screen is authoritative for names and prices.
Match the plan to the features you need:
Every plan includes core locations, delivery and pickup schedules, a custom delivery area, Google Maps API support, private ICS calendar subscriptions, and scheduled-order CSV exports.
Advanced adds multiple delivery areas, delivery rates by area, the analytics dashboard, and customer self-rescheduling. It includes the Google Maps, ICS, and CSV features available on every plan.
Standard Dynamic Pricing rules—flat, same-day, and weekend—are available across app plans. Pro adds rush-hour and per-time-slot pricing, direct one-way Google Calendar sync, advanced analytics, EasyRoutes, Shopify Flow integration, API and webhook access, and Checkout-only date selection for Shopify Plus stores.
Development enables Pro options for eligible development stores.
For delivery charges, use the location's Dynamic pricing rules. Cart pricing is available on every Shopify plan.
If you want customers to use the optional picker inside checkout, confirm the store is on Shopify Plus. The cart picker does not have this Shopify Plus requirement.
Before switching plans, review the exact price and Shopify approval screen presented to the store owner.
Expected result
You understand whether the app plan and your Shopify plan support the features you want to use.
Troubleshooting notes
If a feature is locked, compare it with the feature list shown for the available plans.
If your billing screen differs from public or older documentation, trust the current in-app plan list and Shopify approval screen for your store.
A new plan becomes active only after Shopify confirms an active subscription.
A pending, declined, cancelled, expired, frozen, unknown, or failed plan
confirmation does not replace the app's currently active entitlement. If collection later fails for a subscription that was already active, review
the status in Shopify and contact support. The app's complete recurring
failed-payment lifecycle has not yet been verified for publication.
Important warnings or limitations
Warning: Plan details can change over time. Always confirm pricing and billing inside Shopify before making internal commitments.
Current plan records configure up to a 30-day trial for Advanced and up to a
7-day trial for Pro. Previously used trial days can reduce the remaining
period. Treat the duration shown on Shopify's charge-approval screen as the
offer for your store.Exact plan names, eligibility, prices, currencies, discounts, and trial terms can change. Confirm them in Settings → Billing and Shopify before accepting a charge.
Hiding the cart picker and using the Checkout extension as the only scheduling
surface requires both Shopify Plus and the RP Pro plan.Minimum and maximum cart-total restrictions are supported for standard
scheduling, but cannot currently be combined with Dynamic Pricing rules.
